Hey, I am in a class at the University of Denver where we were asked to 3D print an artifact. My group chose to 3D print the Somali Headrest and we were looking at the top of it and there appears to be a stain, would someone involved with this artifact be able to shed some light as to whether it is residue, part of the wood, a water stain, or something else?
    Thank you so much!

The patterns on Somali and Boni headrests probably reflect the Islamic influence in the region.
